2. We do not sell retail. All our sales are conducted wholesale only.

4. The amount for goods shipped by post must be transferred in advance to our bank account.
   Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
   (31.5 kg = €7.60 plus VAT)

5. Shipping is carried out via DPD.

6. For orders worth €20,000 or more, delivery within Germany is free of charge.
   Below this amount, we charge €0.50 per kilometer.

7. All product prices are subject to 19 % value-added tax (VAT).

8. When samples are requested, sample and shipping costs will be charged.

9. Under suitable conditions, a distribution partnership (representation) may be granted.

10. Special orders are delivered within four weeks.

11. Returns are excluded, except in the case of faulty (defective) products.

12. The measurements stated in the size chart may vary by approximately ± 2 cm.
